Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 6, 10, 11 and 15 — shall continue to apply.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dadu92 is incorporated and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The specific jurisdiction of incorporation is disclosed in dadu92's corporate registration documentation.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as dadu92 elects.

Nothing in this clause shall limit dadu92's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in respect of any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
